App Data
Up In Flames does not require an account and does not directly collect or transmit personal information to servers operated by us.
Game-related information, such as scores, progress, settings, and preferences, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information.
Deleting the App may delete this data, subject to backup or restore functionality provided by your device or operating system.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as your IP address, device identifiers, advertising information, interactions with advertisements and the App, crash information, and performance data.
Google may use this information to provide and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, improve its services and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising.
We do not maintain user profiles containing this information.
Where required by applicable law, the App provides appropriate advertising and privacy consent choices. Where available, you can review or change your advertising privacy choices through the privacy settings provided within the App.

Website and Contact Form
The Up In Flames website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request information as necessary to deliver and secure the website.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection for this purpose. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit the contents of contact-form fields.

If you use the contact form, we process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and message, so that we can respond to your inquiry.
Contact-form messages are delivered using Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Resend processes information necessary to deliver the message, including email addressing information, message content, and associated delivery information.

We do not use contact-form information for advertising and do not sell it.
Where applicable, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, providing support, and protecting the website against abuse.
Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, using appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We do not retain App gameplay information on our servers because it remains on your device.
Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide support, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Google, Cloudflare, and Resend may retain information according to their respective policies.
Your Privacy Rights
If you have contacted us through the contact form, you may use the same contact form to exercise any privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
Depending on where you live, these rights may include requesting access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of processing of, or portability of your personal information, and objecting to certain processing, where applicable.
If we no longer hold information about you, there will be no personal information for us to provide or delete.
We cannot access or delete gameplay information stored locally on your device.
Information processed independently by third-party services such as Google may be subject to their own privacy controls and procedures.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your applicable data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App, website, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.
